Abercrombie Fitch complaint by Edabraham
I have experienced the most ridiculous shopping event of my life at the Birmingham, Ala (Summit) Abercrombie store. I purchased almost $2k of mdse from this store this summer. Among my purchases was a necklace I bought for my son. The necklace was made of leather that had a defect that caused it to come apart when worn for the first time.

This is the amazing part...

When we took the necklace back for exchange, the manager told me she didn't know how to input an exchange into the register. Hence, she could not provide a replacment. Since she couldn't switch the necklace without inputting the return into their system (which she didn't know how to do) she provided me with Abercrombie's customer service ph # who informed me that it was the sole responsibility of the store manager to perform this exchange. Accordingly, I still have a $20 defective necklace that has never been worn. If I wasn't so mad, this would be hilarious.
